Teroldego Rotaliano San Michele all’Adige Edmund Mach

Small fields located in the Rotaliana Plain, on the wide alluvial fan of the Noce river. Alluvial soil, with calcareous, schist and tonalite matrix; deep, well-drained soil, fine sandy structure, with sub-alkaline reaction, good organic matter content.

Traditional red wine vinification process with maceration for 10 days at a temperature of 25°C. Aged for 6 months in oak barrels.

Excellent with risotto, is enhanced especially with red meats and strong cheeses.

Het argrarisch instituut San Michele all’Adige werd gesticht in 1874 door Edmund Mach. Het doel in die tijd was het ontwikkelen van een experimenteel en educatief centrum om de agrarische kwaliteit in Trentino te garanderen. Zijn filosofie was simpel, duidelijk en altijd actueel. Het wijnhuis, van het agrarisch insituut San Michele all’Adige, bezit 100 hectare wijngaard gelegen in het meest vooraanstaande agrarische gebied van Trentino.
